Is Stages power meter good?
If you want an idea of the power you produce and like to keep the look of your bike clean the the Stages power meter is a good option. Stages also means you can still use the same crankset and wheelsets you love, though it can bring problems, especially in the battery department - be sure to take out some spares!
How do I update my stages power meter firmware?
To update power meter firmware:

Rotate the power meter crank(s) one rotation to ensure it is awake.

Open the Stages Cycling app and select one of the StagesBike's power meters from the Devices menu or add it as a new device.

The firmware version will display a red alert symbol if the power meter requires an update.
